A published poet and author of Bada$$ Business Writing, Jenny uses her many degrees in English to help professionals who have to write in their jobs become more efficient (fast!) and more effective (clear! concise! nice) writers at work.

She spent more than a decade as a Clinical Professor teaching undergraduates at Colorado State University.

In 2015, she started her company, Appendance, Inc. Through it, she provides in-person corporate training to banks, tech and engineering companies, and government agencies across the U.S. She also developed an online course, Better Business Writing, which won the 2021 Excellence in Communication Consulting Award from the Association for Business Communication.
